Sales teams write every day. Few write well.
In Argentine commercial environments, written communication is constant — emails, proposals, WhatsApp messages, follow-ups, complaint responses. Yet most sales professionals receive no structured training on how to write these texts effectively.
The result is predictable: emails that don't get opened, proposals that confuse rather than persuade, follow-up messages that sound either desperate or indifferent, and complaint responses that escalate rather than resolve.
Vistamadi's workshop addresses this gap directly. Not through grammar lessons or writing theory, but through hands-on rewriting of the actual texts each participant uses in their daily work.
What makes this different from a writing course
Real texts only
No invented scenarios. Participants bring the actual documents they use at work.
Reader-first perspective
Every rewrite is evaluated from the reader's point of view, not the writer's intention.
Group learning
Peer observation multiplies the value. Seeing others' rewrites teaches as much as doing your own.
Argentine context
Language, tone, and examples are calibrated for Argentine commercial culture specifically.
Immediate application
Participants leave with rewritten texts they can use the following morning. No theory without practice.
Outcome-oriented
Success is measured by one thing: did the recipient read, understand, and respond with what you needed?
One day. Five texts. Measurable change.
The workshop runs as a full-day session (approximately 7–8 hours) or can be split into two half-day sessions depending on the team's schedule and format preference.
The facilitator works directly with each participant's text in front of the whole group. Rewrites happen in real time, with explanations of what was changed and why. Every participant sees every rewrite — not just their own.
The workshop is available for in-company delivery at your location, or at our space in Roldán, Santa Fe. Remote formats are also available.
