Three ways to run the workshop
Each format covers the same five commercial texts. The difference is scheduling and delivery mode.
Full-Day In-Company
The most intensive and cohesive format. The entire team works together through all five texts in a single day at your offices or a venue of your choice. The facilitator works with each participant's real documents, and the group observes every rewrite.
Two Half-Days
The same content split across two sessions, typically on consecutive days or within the same week. This format works well for teams that can't block an entire day, or when a rest period between sessions allows participants to apply early learnings before the second session.
Remote Workshop
The same workshop structure delivered via video conference. Participants share their screens to display texts, the facilitator works on rewrites in shared documents, and the group dynamic is maintained through structured breakout and plenary moments.
Before the workshop
Participants need to bring three things. Everything else is handled by the facilitator.
Your current texts
The actual emails, proposals, and messages you currently send. The worse they are, the more useful the workshop will be. No preparation needed — just bring what you have.
One recent difficult case
A real situation where written communication didn't produce the result you needed — a deal that stalled, a client who didn't respond, a complaint that escalated.
Openness to rewrite
The workshop requires willingness to show your texts to the group and to receive feedback. The learning is proportional to the openness each participant brings.
